Polar Night Capital offers advisory services and bespoke investment research to investors and strategic advisory and fund distribution services to asset managers. Polar Night Capital is BaFin-regulated under the liability umbrella of AHP Capital Management.
The company slogan is „Raising standards for Alternative Investments“, collaborating with emerging asset managers to bring their offering in line with requirements of professional investors, both in regards to the risk-return profile as well as the general operational capabilities. As a BaFin-regulated investment company, Polar Night Capital primarily partners with global asset managers offering fund distribution and investment brokerage services. Moreover, Polar Night Capital provides bespoke investment research and due diligence services for professional investors.
Prior to launching Polar Night Capital, Eugen Leichner was part of the Manager Selection and Fund-of-Fund team at Prime Capital AG. Throughout his career I he was involved in numerous fund searches and due diligence across Alternatives and Private Markets strategies, such as Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Credit and Hedge Funds.
